AM3D64 series products are single point or multi area dToF modules with multiple field of view and multiple measurement distance applications. The lens adopt hyperlens technology and die-to-wafer integration process to achieve high integration, small size and low cost of the module.
The modules integrate laser transmitter, driver, power management, active quenching SPAD pixel array, counting circuit, statistical circuit and multi peak processing circuit, which can achieve high-precision ranging and 100klux background illumination tolerance.
The modules are mainly applicable to mobile phones and projectors to achieve auxiliary focusing and other functions.
